Insight Association Management currently has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, top-notch On-Site Manager. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.

Summary Of Role

Oversee all daily office functions ensuring that the needs and requests of the residents are dealt with in a timely and professional manner

  • Understand the impact of federal and state laws governing the operation of community associations
  • Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with residents and volunteers
  • Experience and ability to recruit, develop, train, supervise and motivate staff members
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A designation of AMS or higher is preferred
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Facilitate all daily operations of the community including, but not limited to developing and administering the annual budget, monitoring performance against the adopted budget, conducting monthly reviews of financials statements and presenting a variance report to the Board
  • Provide professional guidance to the Board, facilitates orientation and training of Bard and committee members
  • Prepares meeting agendas, drafts recommendations and ensure that meeting notices and minutes are accurate and timely
  • Attend meetings of the Board, committees and members, providing professional direction and assistance as needed and ensuring that the minutes, resolutions and decisions are documented and implemented as appropriate
  • Serves as liaison between association and other entities, including the developer, builder and local municipalities.
  • Oversees operation and maintenance of all the association facilities
  • Prepares bid specifications for contract work and assists the Board with contractor selection
  • Oversees the covenant enforcement and architectural design review process in accordance with the governing documents
